Staff who are eligible to utilise Feel Good Giving will sign in via Single Sign On. If you are not able to sign into Feel Good Giving and you believe you should be able to, please contact community.wellbeing@medibank.com.au When you first log in you will need to agree to the terms and conditions by checking the tick box and then select ‘register’.

I've forgotten my password. What should I do?

If you have forgotten your password, select “Forgot your password” on the login page. Then enter your email address and select “Submit”.

You will receive an email which will allow you to reset your password.

I’m leaving Medibank. How do I remove my details from Feel Good Giving?

Your donations and personal details will be automatically be removed once you cease being paid by Medibank.
