If you currently participate in recurring sponsorship outside of the Feel Good Giving please contact the charity and inform them that you’d like to make your donations via Feel Good Giving. Ask the charity to supply you with a Supporter ID which you will then need to add into your Account.

Search for relevant charity or charity project and select appropriate frequency. If the charity you currently support is not on Feel Good Giving, please contact support@goodcompany.org about bringing them on board.

A Supporter ID is generated by a charity and it allows them to correctly allocate your donation. Many charities may also use your email address to correctly allocate your sponsorship donation. Please be aware of this if you have chosen to donate anonymously.

Go into My Account> Settings > Profile and Account > scroll down to Supporter IDs and add the ID

You will need to contact the charity to organise alternative methods of payment.

Please contact the charity to arrange another payment method for your sponsorship.
